Image Splitter · What this tool does
Split an image into evenly sized rows and columns for meme sheets, nine-tile layouts or shorter pieces of a long image. Adjust the grid and inspect the boundaries before downloading a ZIP of PNG tiles. Each filename includes its row and column so you can organize the pieces in the original order.
How to use it
- Upload the image you want to split.
- Set rows and columns and inspect the preview grid.
- Export the ZIP and unzip the PNG tiles named by row and column.
Practical tips
- Rows and columns each range from 1 to 10. Use 3 by 3 for nine tiles.
- This uses an even grid rather than detecting individual stickers. Crop irregular sheets in the drawing tool first.
- The red preview grid is not included in exported tiles.
Frequently asked questions
How do I split a long image vertically?
Set columns to 1 and rows to the number of pieces. The tool splits the height evenly. Crop sections separately if they have different heights.
How are the downloaded tiles ordered?
The ZIP uses slice_row_column.png filenames, such as slice_1_1.png. Sort by row and then column to recover the original arrangement.
